Essaouira Coastal Day Trip

Essaouira, historically known as Mogador, is a charming 18th-century fortified city and UNESCO World Heritage Site located on Morocco’s Atlantic coast. It is famous for its bright blue and white architecture, constant trade winds (earning it the nickname “Wind City of Africa”), and its bustling, authentic fishing port. The drive is relatively smooth and flat, making this a much less physically strenuous trip than the mountain excursions.
