This specialized retreat is a restorative escape, typically running 4 Days and 3 Nights. The pace is intentionally slow, focused entirely on wellness, relaxation, and personal rejuvenation.

This is a holistic, restorative 4-Day, 3-Night mountain retreat.

The pace is Relaxed/Gentle, suitable for all fitness levels, with activities focusing on mindfulness rather than endurance.

The key highlight is the Daily Guided Wellness Sessions (Yoga & Meditation) set against the stunning backdrop of the High Atlas Mountains. Accommodation is provided for three (3) nights in a serene.

Arrive in Marrakech and take a private transfer to your tranquil mountain retreat lodge (typically near Imlil or Ourika Valley).

After settling into your peaceful room, the afternoon begins with a Welcome Circle and Gentle Yoga Session to stretch out travel tension and tune into the mountain environment.

Dinner is a healthy, nourishing meal featuring fresh local produce, followed by a guided Evening Meditation to ensure restful sleep.

We begin the day with an early Sunrise Yoga session focused on breathwork and energy flow.

After a traditional, wholesome breakfast, the late morning includes a gentle, guided Nature Walk through the local Berber village and surrounding walnut groves. This slow-paced walk is an exercise in mindfulness and connecting with nature.

The late afternoon features a Restorative Yoga practice, and the evening concludes with dinner and conversation about Berber wellness traditions.

 

 

The day starts with a stimulating Hatha or Vinyasa Yoga practice.

Following a hearty brunch, we venture out for a light cultural immersion, perhaps visiting a local saffron farm or a women’s Argan oil cooperative.

The goal is to engage the mind gently while experiencing local life.

The late afternoon is reserved for a Workshop on Local Wellness Products (e.g., using rosewater, saffron, and mountain herbs) or a final long Yin Yoga session to deepen flexibility and relaxation.

A celebratory farewell dinner is served.

 

 

We begin the final day with a reflective Morning Meditation and a gentle stretching session to prepare for travel.

After the final breakfast, there is time for final notes or journaling before the private transfer takes you back to Marrakech for your onward journey.

  • Accommodation: Three (3) nights’ accommodation in a dedicated, peaceful Mountain Retreat Lodge.

  • Transfers: Private, comfortable, air-conditioned return transfer between Marrakech and the retreat center.

  • Meals: Full Board (FB) basis: 3x Breakfasts, 3x Lungs, and 3x Dinners, featuring healthy, vegetarian-friendly, locally sourced meals.

  • Instruction: All scheduled Yoga, Meditation, and Mindfulness sessions led by a certified instructor/guide.

No. All sessions are designed to be accessible and beneficial for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Instructors offer modifications and support for everyone.

The schedule is provided as a guideline to maximize your retreat experience, but all activities are entirely optional.

This is your time to rejuvenate, so if you prefer to read by the fireplace or nap instead of joining a session, you are welcome to do so.

The food is healthy, local, and based on Berber cuisine, featuring fresh vegetables, pulses, and whole grains. Meals are naturally vegetarian-friendly.

We can easily accommodate most dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten-free, allergies); please inform us when booking.

The retreat lodge uses purified or bottled water for drinking.

We strongly recommend using bottled water or drinking from the purified source provided by the lodge, even though the mountain springs are famous for their clarity.

We recommend comfortable walking shoes for the nature walks, warm layers for the cool mountain evenings, a journal and pen, and an open mind.

Mats and basic props are provided by the retreat center.
